The New Lions Gate proposal is a design probe intended to study the potential synergies between urban development and major infrastructure projects by using a new First Narrows crossing as the basis for a high density amenity-rich mixed-use urban village.
This report is not intended as a detailed engineering study, rather it is a proposal for further investigation, and briefly covers the subjects indicated in the sidebar to the left.
