To call these estimates "order of magnitude" is perhaps to lend them an undeserved air of precision, nonetheless we trust that at an early stage it is understood that the purpose of such estimates is not to demonstrate conclusively the financial viability of a project such as the New Lions Gate, but merely to indicate that more detailed study might be fruitful.
